Engines

An engine is a single-outcome Lawmatics system: pipelines, automations, templates, and fields that are pushed into the firm's account, mapped to its existing fields and links, and reviewed on a short call. Installation is included in the price.

• Intake Velocity Engine, $700: an intake pipeline from new lead to invoice paid, website-form capture with an immediate response, consultation scheduling with reminders, three intake forms, lead-source tracking, and the intake conversion reports.
• No-Show Shield Engine, $500: a confirmation and reminder cascade from two weeks to thirty minutes before the consultation, a reschedule request form and drip, and a reschedule stage with a reschedule count.
• Ghost Revival Engine, $500: staleness triggers for inactive leads, a five-step plain-text reactivation sequence merged by practice area, a long-term nurture campaign, and a stuck-leads report.
• Reviews and Reputation Engine, $500: post-matter review requests behind a satisfaction gate, with the client satisfaction survey, the review approval form, and the post-case campaign.
• Rainmaker Dashboard Pack, $700: the partner report set (conversion funnel, leads by period and by source, time in stage, lost-lead reasons, conversion by practice area, consultation-fee revenue, consultation-to-engagement time, stuck leads), the ROI tracker, and a dashboard layout.

Bundles: any three engines, $1,300; all five engines with new releases as they ship, $2,500.

A pack combines three core engines preconfigured for one practice area, $1,500 each, installed.

• Real Estate Pack: Transaction intake that keeps closings on schedule.

Care plans and terms

Care Plan: Solo ($100 per month) covers updates to systems the firm owns, priority support, and member pricing on new releases; Care Plan: Firm ($200 per month) adds multiple seats and a quarterly tune-up call. Refund terms as published: a full refund before installation, requested within fourteen days of purchase; after installation, a thirty-day window in which a system that does not work as described is fixed or refunded in full. Pre-built system or consultancy engagement

A pre-built system fits a firm whose intake follows a common pattern for its practice area and whose Lawmatics account is otherwise in order. A firm with multiple practice areas, an existing build that needs repair, another platform, or reporting and integration requirements beyond intake is better served by a scoped engagement.
